Returns & Exchanges

At CLN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible fashion items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CLN account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and protective liners are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
